Why Authentic Fusions?
Authentic Fusions is a home-based steak kitchen in Bolton. Two nights a week we take the same care a good restaurant would — sourcing dry-aged cuts, resting them properly and cooking them to the second on cast iron.
Everything is made fresh for that service. Nothing is prepped the day before, nothing is reheated. When we run out for the evening, we close — because that's how we keep the standard.
How Ordering Works
Browse the week's menu and pick your cut, sides and sauce.
Send it through by 4pm on the service day. We'll confirm your pickup or delivery slot.
Cooked fresh when you're ready. Collect from Bolton or we'll bring it to your door.
Word of Mouth
Genuinely the best steak I've had outside of London. The ribeye is worth the drive across Bolton alone — you can tell every plate is treated like it matters.
Ordered the tomahawk for our anniversary. Turned up hot, rested properly, and cooked exactly medium-rare. Beats any chain steakhouse I've been to.
Small menu, done properly. The peppercorn sauce is unreal. You can taste that nothing has been sitting around — it's cooked when you order it.
